Let’s celebrate our solidarity, strengthen our voice, and dare to change.
In 2013, as a psychosocial worker, I helped my team unionize with SQEES. I quickly became a union president, then a union advisor in 2015. During the last round of public sector negotiations, I had the honor of being a spokesperson to defend our members' rights.
The work environment is evolving rapidly, and I want to modernize our union by strengthening our social safety net. With you, I want to champion your demands and implement bold actions to tackle future union challenges.
I have been a member of SQEES since 2004 and worked for over 15 years in the regulated private sector. My commitment led me to take on various roles, including PDSB trainer and active member of my union executive. For the past six years, I have been a union advisor, actively participating in national negotiations and joint committees.
I want to be the voice for your demands and contribute to bold changes that reflect our collective ambitions. Our union plays a crucial role in defending our rights, and I am ready to take on this challenge with you.
We aspire to a SQEES that will be able to equip teams, provide service that meets your expectations, and ultimately, make us prouder than ever to display our colors, to display our SQEES.
